Puhui’s daily output of HDPE and PVC pipe systems rests on three categories of production equipment: continuous extrusion lines for pipe, injection-molding presses for fittings, and fusion welders for fabricated assemblies.
Every line is paired with in-line gauges (laser diameter, wall-thickness ultrasonic, eccentricity scanners) and a sampling cell feeding our QA lab — meaning a defect is caught on the line, not at the customer site.

Servo-driven presses for butt-fusion, electrofusion, and spigot fittings up to DN 800.
