Function

They are heated to the melting point to achieve connections with different requirements such as the same outer diameter, different outer diameters, tees, bends, etc., thereby ensuring the integrity and functionality of the pipeline system. Connection method

1. Hot-melt connection: Heat the connecting part of the pipe and the fitting to melt it and then quickly connect it, then apply pressure to maintain it until it cools down. It is suitable for connecting pressure pipes.

2. Electric fusion connection: Use the resistance wire pre-buried in the fitting to melt the connecting part by heating it with electricity, and complete the connection after cooling. It is suitable for connecting pipes and fittings of different types and melting flow rates.

3. Socket-type flexible connection: Insert the PE pipe into a special socket, use the special parts in the socket to compress it, and use a rubber ring to seal it to achieve the purpose of the connection.

4. Flange connection: By fixing the bolts and nuts, the flange connector and the flange sheet are tightly fitted to achieve the connection of pipes and fittings.

5. Steel-plastic transition joint connection: Use cold pressing or other effective methods to fix the prefabricated steel-plastic transition head with the locking ring and sealing ring inside the pipe, which usually has good sealing and pressure resistance.
