1. Construction preparation: Before installing the HDPE pipe, sufficient construction preparation must be carried out. This includes understanding the design drawings and relevant technical requirements to ensure that the direction, elevation, slope, and other parameters of the pipeline meet the requirements of the specifications. At the same time, the quality certification documents and appearance quality of the pipeline materials should be checked to ensure that the pipes are free of defects such as damage and cracks. In addition, the required installation tools and auxiliary materials, such as rubber rings, lubricants, support frames, etc., need to be prepared.

2. Foundation treatment: Before installing the HDPE pipe, the pipeline foundation needs to be treated. For soil foundations, it is necessary to remove debris, level the foundation surface, and compact the foundation. For concrete foundations, it is necessary to pour concrete according to design requirements and ensure that the concrete strength meets the requirements. After the foundation treatment is completed, acceptance is required to ensure that the foundation quality meets the requirements.

3. Pipeline connection: The connection method of HDPE pipes usually adopts the HDPE pipe fuser connection method. The pipe end face is heated and melted by hot melting, the ports are kept parallel, and the connection is completed after a certain pressure docking and cooling.

4. Pipeline laying: After the pipeline is connected, pipeline laying work needs to be carried out. When laying the pipeline, it is necessary to ensure that the slope, elevation, and other parameters of the pipeline laying meet the design requirements to avoid excessive external force on the pipeline to avoid damage.

5. Backfill and compaction: After the pipeline is laid, backfill and compaction are required. For general soil foundations, backfilling can be carried out directly. For concrete foundations, roughening is required before backfilling. When backfilling, it is necessary to ensure that the density of the backfill material meets the requirements and use professional compaction equipment to compact the backfill material to ensure the stability of the pipeline.

6. Acceptance and water test: After completing the backfill and compaction work, acceptance and water tests are required. First, check the appearance quality of the pipeline to ensure that there are no defects such as damage and deformation. Secondly, check the installation quality of the pipeline, including whether the connection is firm and the sealing is good. Finally, a water test is carried out to check whether the drainage performance of the pipeline meets the requirements.
