Introduction of HDPE Electrical Conduit

Production process
1. Raw material preparation: first, the raw materials are loaded into the mixing device for mixing according to a certain ratio to ensure the uniform mixing of raw materials. After mixing, the raw materials are sent to the intermediate silo through the vacuum feeding device for storage, to prepare for the subsequent processing.
2. Extrusion molding: the mixed materials are sent to the extruder, after heating, plasticizing, homogenization process, and the formation of flat and curved material belt. These bands are wrapped equidistantly around the surface of the rotating mold to form pipes of different structural forms.
3. Cutting and demolding: The pipe and the mold are transported together to the cutting machine for porting and the demolding is done on the demolding table. This step ensures that the pipe is dimensionally accurate for subsequent use.
4. Internal and external surface finishing: The internal and external surfaces of the pipe are finished to ensure that they are smooth and even for easy installation and use.
5. Socket end treatment: Pre-embedded metal fusion wire at the socket end to facilitate subsequent connection and installation.
6. Inspection and packaging: After completing the above steps, the pipe is inspected to ensure that its quality meets the standard, and then packaged and ready to leave the factory.
