  1. Selection and preparation of raw materials: First of all, high-quality HDPE resin needs to be selected as raw material. Depending on the demand, additives such as antioxidants, UV stabilizers, color masterbatches, and other additives may also need to be added to improve the performance and appearance of the pipe.

The design of the mold also affects the shape and dimensional accuracy of the pipe.
  4. Cooling and molding: The extruded tubes need to be rapidly cooled by a cooling device to allow them to cure quickly. The cooling method can be water-cooled or air-cooled, and the specific choice depends on the thickness of the pipe and the production efficiency. Control of cooling time and temperature is critical to ensure the strength and stability of the pipe.
  5. Cutting and Straightening: The cooled tubes need to be cut to obtain the required length of tubing. At the same time, the pipe needs to be straightened by a straightening machine to ensure its straightness in appearance.
  6. Quality Inspection: During the production process, several quality inspections are required to ensure that the quality of the fittings meets the standards. This includes appearance inspection, size measurement, pressure test, etc.
