Product Overview

Product Description

High-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe is the ideal choice of piping materials for many applications serving oil & gas gathering, potable water, wastewater, mining & industrial systems, power & communications and natural gas distribution. HDPE pipe resists chemicals, corrosion, physical damage, and more to provide a long-term, cost-effective piping system.

HDPE pipe is capable of withstanding high pressure without being deformed or damaged. Therefore, they can handle the unstable water pressure of domestic water systems and wastewater transportation systems.

We produce Hdpe HIGH PRESSURE Pipes in desired diameters between 110mm – 630mm and in SDR7.4-SDR11 pressure classes with high performance and quality. Hdpe Pipe systems that you can safely use in your projects offer many advantages.

Introduce

At present, most of our domestic outdoor buried fire pipes use galvanized steel pipes, but with the popularization of PE pipes, they are gradually recognized by people and are more widely used in the fire pipe industry.

Application of PE pipes in firefighting

Fire pipes are mainly divided into indoor and outdoor types. Since steel pipes are easily corroded underground and inconvenient to operate, we urgently need a new type of pipe that is corrosion-resistant, anti-aging, and can meet the requirements of fire pipes. The main material of PE pipes is high-density polyethylene. Because of its good creep resistance, corrosion resistance, convenient installation and construction, flexibility, and can reach the kilogram pressure required for fire water supply, PE pipes can be used for firefighting.

At present, HDPE High Pressure Fire Pipe is mainly used in outdoor fire pipes. In engineering design, the choice of pipes is determined according to the length and pressure of the pipeline. Generally, PE pipes in fire protection do not pay much attention to health indicators, mainly in terms of pressure. The acceptance standard is generally 1.5 times the pressure level of the pipe itself. HDPE High Pressure Fire Pipe is also equipped with HDPE Fittings, which can fully meet the construction requirements, so it should be vigorously promoted.

Advantages of HDPE High Pressure Fire Pipe

  1. PE pipe has good corrosion resistance, and its inorganic properties are much stronger than ductile iron pipe. It does not require anti-corrosion when buried, and the construction is convenient.
  2. PE pipe has good flexibility. When unloading, it can be unloaded directly from the car to the underground high altitude without damaging the pipeline.
  3. PE pipe is hot-melt welded, the interface will not leak water, there is no water seepage after the construction is completed, no rework and maintenance, and the maintenance cost is low.
  4. PE pipe is lighter than ductile iron pipe, fewer people are required to install it, and the labor cost is low.
