PVC Butterfly Valve Working Principle

The working principle of the PVC Butterfly Valve is based on the switch of the valve core, and the opening and closing of the valve core are used to control the on and off of the fluid. This valve consists of a valve body, a valve cover, a valve stem, and a valve core, in which the valve core is connected to the valve cover through the valve stem and is also connected to the valve body. When the valve core is in the closed position, a closed channel is formed between the outlet and the inlet of the valve body, preventing the fluid from passing through. When the PVC valve needs to be opened, the valve core moves along the direction of the valve stem so that the valve core hole is aligned with the inlet and outlet of the valve body, so that the fluid can pass through the valve body and the valve is opened. The valve core continues to move along the direction of the valve stem, so that its hole is out of alignment with the flow channel of the valve body, thereby closing the valve again. ‌
