Last updated: May 18, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.phtopindustry.com (the “Site”), operated by Puhui Industry. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Puhui Industry manufactures HDPE and PVC pipes, fittings, valves and related accessories, and supplies industrial buyers, EPC contractors and distributors worldwide. The Site is an informational and marketing platform; it is not an e-commerce checkout system.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product photographs, data sheets, drawings, software and trademarks — is owned by Puhui Industry or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, download and print pages for your personal, non-commercial reference and for evaluating our products for a potential purchase. You may not republish, distribute, sublicense or use Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Pipe and fitting performance depends on installation conditions, jointing technique, fluid characteristics and environmental factors. Buyers are responsible for confirming product suitability for their specific application. We strongly recommend consulting our engineering team before final specification.
The Site does not constitute an offer to sell or a binding price commitment. Any quotation we issue is valid only for the period and quantity stated in the quotation document. A binding sale is formed only when both parties sign a proforma invoice or sales contract.
Order-specific terms (price, payment, delivery, Incoterms, warranty, returns, jurisdiction) are governed by the executed contract, not these Site Terms.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (industry standards bodies, certification organisations, logistics providers, etc.). Such links are provided for convenience only. We do not control or endorse third-party content and accept no responsibility for it.
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the Site will be free of errors, viruses or malicious code, and you assume the risk of accessing and using it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Puhui Industry, its officers, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Puhui Industry and its representatives from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or its content.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect personal information.
These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising from them, are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in accordance with its arbitration rules in force at the time of application. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Note: The above governs your use of the Site only. Commercial disputes about specific orders are governed by the law and dispute-resolution clause in the executed sales contract.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Changes take effect from the date of posting. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
